Our Leadership

Rick Haley — Owner / President

Rick has been in the construction industry for over 40 years, specializing in firestopping for nearly 20 of those years. He has hands-on experience managing both firestop and spray-applied fireproofing work, and leads the company with practical expertise and integrity.

Justin Haley — General Manager

Justin has more than 20 years in construction, working across every aspect of firestop and fireproofing — from installation to estimating and project management. He holds certifications from both firestop and fireproofing manufacturers and ensures work is done right the first time.

Morgan Haley — Estimator / Project Manager

Morgan has worked in firestop and fireproofing since 2002 and combines installation experience with sharp estimating and project coordination skills. His background helps keep projects on track and aligned with budget, schedule, and compliance requirements.

Tommy Horton — General Superintendent

Tommy leads our field operations, ensuring you get professional, organized, and code-correct firestop and fireproofing installations on every job.
