Bluefire Firestop LLC is a family-owned specialty contractor focused on firestopping, fireproofing, and passive fire protection.

We built Bluefire around a simple idea: provide the knowledge and capabilities expected from a specialized life-safety contractor while maintaining the responsiveness, accountability, and personal service of a company that values every relationship.

Our team brings hands-on experience from the field, estimating, project management, and operations. That experience gives us an understanding of the entire process—from reviewing plans and selecting tested systems to coordinating installations, addressing challenging field conditions, supporting inspections, and completing project closeout.

We believe our customers should know who is responsible for their project and be able to reach them when something needs attention. At Bluefire, the people estimating and managing your work remain involved throughout the project.

Our Leadership

Rick Haley — Owner / President

Rick brings more than 40 years of construction experience to Bluefire Firestop, including nearly 20 years specializing in firestopping and passive fire protection. His background includes hands-on experience managing both firestop and spray-applied fireproofing operations.

As Owner and President, Rick provides leadership and industry knowledge while helping ensure Bluefire maintains the quality, integrity, and personal service the company was built around.

Justin Haley — General Manager

Justin brings more than 20 years of construction experience, with a background spanning firestop and fireproofing installation, estimating, project management, and overall operations.

As General Manager, Justin oversees Bluefire's estimating and project management operations while working directly with customers, general contractors, manufacturers, and project teams to solve field conditions and keep projects moving forward. He holds manufacturer certifications in both firestop and fireproofing and places a strong emphasis on system compliance, communication, and long-term customer relationships.

Morgan Haley — Estimator / Project Manager

Morgan has worked in the firestop and fireproofing industry since 2002, bringing more than two decades of experience to Bluefire.

His background combines hands-on installation knowledge with estimating and project management experience, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to carry a project from the plans to the field. Morgan works closely with customers and project teams to develop accurate scopes, coordinate work, and help keep projects aligned with schedule, budget, and life-safety requirements.

Tommy Horton — General Superintendent

As General Superintendent, Tommy leads Bluefire's field operations and plays a key role in turning project requirements into quality installations in the field.

He coordinates Bluefire's field teams, project schedules, installation requirements, and jobsite operations while maintaining the company's standards for workmanship, organization, and code compliance.

Tommy serves as an important connection between project management and the field, helping ensure Bluefire's crews have the information and direction needed to perform the work safely, efficiently, and correctly.

Ashley Haley - Office Manager 

As Office Manager, Ashley plays an important role in keeping Bluefire Firestop's day-to-day business operations organized and running smoothly.

She supports the company's administrative and financial operations, coordinates with customers and vendors, and works closely with Bluefire's management and project teams to help ensure the details behind each project are handled efficiently.

Ashley brings organization, reliability, and attention to detail to Bluefire's office operations and serves as an important part of the support system that allows our field and management teams to stay focused on delivering quality work for our customers.
